CHAPTER RIDE – Harden Green /Moffat to Ecclefechan

Meet at the McDonalds car park at Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Bonnyrigg Rd, Dalkeith, EH22 3FU at 9:00am for at departure at 9:15am. Other rides coming from the North, Tayside/Perthshire, Fife and Forth Valley may meet us here or at the next stop at Moffat.
The ride will head down the A6094 to Leadburn and then straight on to the A701 all the way to the Wooden Mills at Moffat. We will pass through Howgate, Romannonbridge, Blyth Bridge, Broughton, Tweedsmuir and Annan Water.
All rides should meet at Moffat and any other members heading to Ecclefechan should meet here too so we can all ride in together.
Departure from Moffat will be at 11am sharp.
There are two petrol stations in Moffat so if you need a fill up do so before rendezvousing at the Woolen Mills.
From Moffat we will continue on the A701 for a short while and then branch onto the B7020 to Lochmaben where we will pick up the A709 to Lockerbie and then take the B7076 to Ecclefechan.
